8th Annual Run The Rolling Hills Cross Country 5 Mile, 5K & Kids Fun Run
at the 11th Annual Campbellsville Heritage Festival

RACE DAY REGISTRATION: Begins at 8:00am CST

5 Mile & 5K START : 9:00am CST

KIDS FUN RUN START :
After 5 Mile & 5K completion (approximately 10:15am CST)

AWARDS CEREMONY:
Following the completion of the Kids Fun Run

COURSE INFO:

The scenic cross country course displays the beautiful countryside of Giles county. The 5 Mile, 5K and 1 Mile courses will be fun yet challenging as they wind through the rolling hills of Campbellsville. The 5K course is a 3.1 mile loop with a out and back section. The Kids Fun Run course is a 1 mile out and back. The 5 Mile course is new in 2019. The 5 Mile course will have an increased level of difficulty, as in the terrain & elevation, as compared to the 5K course. The courses are on a grass/trail surface.

5 Mile & 5K AWARDS:
Overall Male and Female receive an award and FREE entry into next year’s 5 Mile & 5K!

Medals to the Top 3 Males and Females for each of the following age groups:
0-12
13-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60+

KIDS FUN RUN AWARDS:
All Kids get a competitors medal for the Kids 1 Mile Fun Run. Overall Boy & Girl will receive an award.

***Overall Awards for 5 Mile, 5K & Fun Run are handcrafted by local blacksmith Donny Hickerson. The Age Group medals & Kids Competitor medals are wooden with branded emblems.

COST :

– 5 Mile Pre-registered (before 9/27/19 midnight CST) = $25

– 5 Mile Regular Registration (after 9/27/19 midnight CST) = $30

– 5K Pre-registered (before 9/27/19 midnight CST) = $20

– 5K Regular Registration (after 9/27/19 midnight CST) = $25

– Kids 1 Mile Fun Run (12 & under) = $10

– Kids can run the 1 mile Fun Run for free if already participating in the 5K (a 2nd bib number will be needed if running both)

– Family of 4 or more 5K Pre-Registration Discount = $70 flat rate (ends 9/27/19 midnight CST)

SHIRTS:
Shirts only guaranteed to those registered by 9/27/19 midnight CST.
Extra shirts will be ordered, but there will be no guarantee of a shirt if registered after 9/27/19 midnight CST.

PROCEEDS:
Proceeds will go to the Campbellsville Area Association which seeks to preserve and promote the history of Tennessee, Giles County, and Campbellsville through events such as an annual Heritage Festival and hosting many historical programs and presentations.

PARKING:
Parking can be accessed through the driveway on the left side of the Campbellsville United Methodist Church

**Races will be held Rain or Shine, but race officials reserve the right to cancel or postpone the races in the event of adverse weather conditions.

POST RACE ACTIVITIES:
There will be plenty of activities to enjoy at the 11th annual Campbellsville Heritage Festival following the 5 Mile, 5K and Kids Fun Run. Festival activities include games, food, music, arts & crafts, historical displays & presentations, and numerous vendors. The festival is FREE!
